SMART JUMP - Blended Training Activity in Sweden for VET Learners: Annex C to the Call for Application (Italian Participants)

It is available the TEMPLATE of the Annex C to the Call for Application to partake to the Blended Training Activity in Sweden at the University of Gävle, between September and October 2017.
The participant selected by the Italian sending organisations (Confindustria Veneto SIAV S.p.A. and Fondazione CUOA), must sign the document only after the publication of the selected profiles on the website of Confindustria Veneto SIAV S.p.A. and the project website www.smartjump.eu
The list of selected profiles will be available from the 24/07/2017.
The Annex C governs the relationship between the selected participant and the sending organization on the terms and modalities of payment of the grant.

Facendo seguito all’avviso di pubblicazione, data 06/07/2017, relativo al
Bando di selezione per l’attività formativa internazionale in modalità blended prevista in
Svezia, presso l
’Università di Gävle, tra settembre e ottobre 2017, informiamo che è QUI disponibile il
MODELLO di Allegato C.
I candidati selezionati dal Consorzio Italiano saranno tenuti a sottoscrivere tale documento, qualora selezionati, a seguito della pubblicazione della graduatoria, non prima del
24/07/2017.
La graduatoria sarà resa disponibili su questo sito.
L’allegato C, sottoscritto tra partecipante e Organismo di Invio, regola le condizioni e le modalità di erogazione del contributo finanziario previsto da progetto.
