II Workshop “The plural Dimension of the Organisation: the organisational dimension” - A Confindustria Veneto SIAV project “ROSE ‘n’ BLUE: the Plural Dimension of Organisations”

The SMART JUMP project was presented in occasion of the II Workshop entitled “The plural Dimension of the Organisation: the organisational dimension” hosted and organised by Confindustria Veneto SIAV within the project “ROSE ‘n’ BLUE: Plural Dimension of Organisations” on March 8, 2017.
“ROSE ‘n’ BLUE” has been funded by the ESF within the Veneto Region and aims at fostering the female employment considering the changing labour market conditions, as well as the concept of transparent communication in order to spread the culture of equal and peer opportunities.
This 2nd Workshop has been focused on the organisational dimension within companies.
In detail the Workshop addressed the following issues:
- the wise growth of the organizations;
- how to plan the organisation taking into account the gender issue: from a governance approach to an operational management approach;
- how to support the improvement and the growth at plural level within companies: organisational effectiveness and respect for diversity;
- the parenthoods’ management in companies;
- various corporate welfare systems.
