Il 3°Rapporto sull’imprenditoria femminile fornisce una panoramica del mondo femminile dell’impresa e del lavoro in Italia. I dati forniti dal rapporto sottolineano come nonostante la crisi le imprese femminili siano in crescita, la maggior parte delle quali guidate da under 35. Tra il 2010 e il 2015 sono entrate nel mercato 35 mila nuove aziende femminili. Ad oggi le imprese femminili sono 1 milione e 312mila (il 21,7% del totale). Nel dettaglio si constata come le donne siano più dinamiche (con un tasso di crescita pari al 3,1%), ma anche sempre più digitali, tecnologiche, giovani e multiculturali. Tuttavia si rileva anche come il mondo del lavoro continui a penalizzare le donne madri relegando l’Italia agli ultimi posti della classifica UE per occupazione femminile.

Italian Report on female entrepreneurship: “Impresa In Genere” - Third Italian Report realised by Italian Union of the Chambers of Commerce - 22nd May 2016
The Italian report provides an overview of the female entrepreneurship and employment in Italy. The data provided by the report point out that despite the crisis the women's enterprises are growing, most of them led by under 35. Between 2010 and 2015 entered the market 35,000 new female companies. The women's enterprises are actually 1 million and 312 thousand (21.7% of total). In detail women result to be more dynamic (with a growth rate of 3,1%) and younger as well as more technological, digital and multicultural. However it notices also that the labour market continues to penalise mothers relegating Italy at the bottom of the EU rankings for women's employment.
