The OECD compendium presents 20 case studies of public programmes in European countries that are successfully supporting business creation by people from disadvantaged and under-represented groups in entrepreneurship such as youth, women, seniors, unemployed, immigrants, ethnic minorities and people with disabilities. In detail the compendium focuses on key policy issues and aproaches to inclusive business creation and assesses the challenges, options and success factors for inclusive business policies.
