SMART JUMP COMMUNITY VALUES CHART


This document represents the SMART JUMP Community values chart in which are described the common principles inspiring the community. The values are the minimum criteria, defined by all partners, for being a member of the community. Each member subscribing the following chart declare his/her interest in generating and sharing knowledge actively, as a way to innovation, competitiveness and growth, in line with the Europe 2020 and pledge to follow and promote the SMART JUMP community values. The SMART JUMP values chart is available in all partners language (English, Italian, Swedish, Spanish and Hungarian) in order to improve and encourage an exchange of opinions on key issues on entrepreneurship, of cooperation with the civil society for innovation, and of inclusive growth for needs and social impact.






DEVELOPMENT OF THE SMART JUMP COMMUNITY


This document presents the development of the virtual and physical SMART JUMP Community and Digital hub along the project lifetime, starting from October 2016. The community has been developed by means of a mixture of communication channels and instruments specifically addressed to women and young entrepreneurs and start-uppers active in the creative industries. The strategies, the contents and the operational phases for the updating of the community and reaching new members have been constantly defined and review by Confindustria Veneto SIAV in cooperation with the Smart Jump project partners. By sharing the main project results and providing opportunities for exchange activities among members the community aims at influencing and stimulating a positive change in local practices and strategies concerning entrepreneurship and inclusiveness.

VALIDATION OF THE SMART JUMP LEARNING MODEL


This document presents the Smart Jump learning model for the development of entrepreneurial skills for women and young entrepreneurs and start-uppers who are active or have entered the creative industries sector. Main goal of the model is to propose an innovative quality learning offer for an inclusive approach to entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in the field of creative industries. The Smart Jump learning model includes therefore integrated initiatives to stimulate an inclusive approach to smart entrepreneurship in the creative and manufacturing sectors, by building upon successful models, business cases and innovative training methodologies validated along the lifecycle of the Smart Jump project and tested by the implementation of two International Blended training activities.

ASSESSMENT OF THE LEARNING ACTIVITY AND TRAINING TOWARDS ENTREPRENEURSHIP


Based on its own experience and research, and in collaboration with SIAV and INDICO, the partner IAF has defined methods and instruments for the assessment of the two blended training activities, held respectively in Italy and Sweden. The output presents therefore the reporting documents of each training activity and the assessments forms submitted to the beneficiaries. In detail the output focused on the most relevant key findings and results which have been the basis for the validation of the learning model.

UPSKILLING ENTREPRENEURS: CREATIVE INDUSTRIES ENTREPRENEUR PROFILE


The document presents the main profile of the entrepreneur of the creative industries. The SMART JUMP project, through the organization of two Blended mobilities of VET learners Learners foreseen respectively in Italy and Sweden, aims to validate its learning model for the upskilling of women and young who are active or have just enter in the creative industries sector. This document represents therefore the structured definition according to ECVET and EQF of entrepreneurial competences for creative industries. In detail the identified knowledge, competences and skills refer and focus especially on the training topics of the two Italian and Swedish Blended mobilities:

- “Brand Value Management”: training topic of the first Italian Blended mobility;

- “Innovation and Gender promoting Sustainable Change in an inclusive Social Innovation perspective”: training topic of Swedish blended mobility



This document presents the Action Plan of two Blended Training Activities for testing and validation of the SMART JUMP learning model to be organised respectively in Italy and Sweden. The first Blended Training Activity, organized in Italy, will work on marketing and communication strategies focusing on Brand value management; the second one will focus on Gender Equality in Innovation as added value in entrepreneurship management. The Action Plan, formulated on the basis of the document "SMART JUMP Methodologies and contents" and the analysis of the “Target Groups Analysis”, states what must achieved and related result indicators, defines strategy and spells out activities that have to be implemented to reach the objectives, detailing necessary inputs and resources and time schedule for each step.

SMART JUMP COMMUNITY/DIGITAL HUB DESIGN


This document provides and insight of the design of the virtual and physical SMART JUMP Community and Digital hub developed within September 2016 by Confindustria Veneto SIAV in cooperation with the Smart Jump project partners.
The community aims to create an international networking support for the development of entrepreneurial competences of women and youth who operate in creative industries field.
At this purpose the SMART JUMP partners will bring together the different Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and British reference networks dealing with these topics
The main goal for the Smart Jump Community is to become a point of reference, collection, comparison and development of proposals, actions and contents. The Community will make use of the Factory of Knowledge digital hub to allow individuals, communities and pre-existing networks of experts and stakeholders to simply benefit from it. THE SMART JUMP APPROACH: METHODOLOGY AND CONTENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCES IN CREATIVE INDUSTRIES FIELD


This document presents the essential training methodologies and contents for the development of entrepreneurial competences of women and youth who operate in creative industries as elaborated by the SMART JUMP project. Methodologies and contents have been defined by analysing, comparing and integrating existing innovative training practices from Hungary, Italy, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
Identification of most effective methodologies and strategies and joint development of training contents is aimed to strengthen the quality of the learning offer linked to the entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship of women and young people who are active or have entered the creative industries sector.





TARGET GROUP DEFINITION: ANALYSIS OF THE TARGET GROUPS


This document presents the identification of target groups from Hungary, Italy, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. The main purpose of this analysis is to gain an insight of the actual needs of target groups identified (mainly women and young entrepreneurs) and the problem they have to deal with. The analysis of target groups includes a scheme and a methodological framework for peer learning and cooperation towards innovation among quadruple helix actors. In particular the analysis, taking into account the target group characteristics and its expected needs, focuses on discriminating factors in gaining access to training opportunities, such as gender, age and entrepreneurial experience.

INCLUSIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP, CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION IN A QUADRUPLE HELIX PERSPECTIVE: ANALYSIS OF PRACTICAL CASES


This document presents the analysis of 10 innovative practical cases from Hungary, Italy, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. The main purpose of the analysis is to provide an insight and collect the best practices in a quadruple helix perspective (interaction of public authorities, private companies, academic/educational institutions and civil society/associations). The practices address the development of policies and training to enhance the entrepreneurial and innovation skills of women and young entrepreneurs in creative sectors, whose potential and needs are still unmet.
